Refund Policy
Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled.
You may cancel your membership at any time by:
- Logging into your member billing portal and Pausing Your Membership, or
- Emailing members@holisticchamberofcommerce.com.
To avoid your next scheduled renewal, your cancellation request must be received at least five (5) business days before your renewal date.
Membership fees are non-refundable. However, if your annual membership renews unintentionally, please notify us in writing within five (5) business days of the charge, and we will issue a full refund.
