Return to YOU is an intimate, experiential women’s circle designed to help you slow down, step out of the noise of everyday life, and reconnect with yourself — with a little help from the horses.

Through guided reflection, nervous system education, coaching, and intentional time with the horses, we’ll explore what may be happening beneath the surface and quietly draining your energy.

Horses are incredibly sensitive to what’s happening around them. They respond to what’s happening in the present moment — often giving us an opportunity to see ourselves, our patterns, our boundaries, and our energy in an entirely different way.

I’ll help you make sense of what you’re noticing and connect those experiences back to your emotions, nervous system, relationships, and self-trust.

This isn't about horseback riding or knowing anything about horses.

It's about you.

It’s an opportunity to get out of your head, reconnect with your body, and experience what can happen when you give yourself permission to simply be present.

No horse experience is needed. You won’t be riding, and you’ll never be pressured to interact with a horse in a way that doesn’t feel comfortable.
