Member Event / Finding Safety After Trauma Summit
Healing after trauma can take time. You may be looking for ways to feel more grounded, understand your responses, set boundaries, or begin trusting yourself again. Wherever you are in that process, you are welcome here.
Join host Karen Robinson and compassionate expert speakers for a free, two-day virtual summit featuring trauma-informed conversations, practical tools, and gentle guidance. Together, we’ll explore what safety can mean in everyday life and how small, manageable steps can support healing at your own pace.
What you can explore during the summit:
- Simple grounding practices for moments when you feel overwhelmed
- Ways to recognize your needs and communicate boundaries
- How trauma can affect your sense of safety and trust
- Practical steps toward rebuilding self-trust and connection
- Supportive perspectives from speakers with a range of experiences and expertise
This October, we will also remember those impacted by domestic violence and human trafficking while honoring survivors and their journeys toward safety and healing.
A space that honors your pace
You can listen quietly, take breaks whenever you need them, and choose which sessions feel useful to you. You do not need to share your story or be on camera. There is no expectation to push yourself through a conversation that feels overwhelming.
The summit is open to trauma survivors, therapists, caregivers, and anyone interested in a compassionate approach to understanding safety and healing. No prior knowledge is needed.
